I came to real estate with a finance degree and a preference for clear numbers over pressure. You will always know what a house is worth, what it will cost to own, and what I recommend — even when the answer is to wait.
When I am not walking properties, I am usually with my wife and our two children. That is the lens I bring to every showing: this is someone's next chapter, not a transaction to close.
