My husband and I worked with Nick at the beginning of this year. As first time home buyers, he was very attentive to all of our questions even when we called at 10 pm a few times. He was knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with our decisions. He even FaceTimed us and showed us houses while we were out of town to make sure we didn’t miss “the one”! After finding the house we both wanted we put in an offer and he had us under contract in three days, even with the buyer receiving multiple offers! The buyers agent told Nick that we weren’t the highest offer, but due to Nicks guidance and recommendation he was able to make ours the best. Closing was a breeze, Nick was there for all of it. For the inspection, the appraisal, and signing the documents. Even after we moved in he and his partner helped us paint a few rooms! He did a fantastic job with helping us buy our first home. We consider ourselves very lucky to have had such an easy buying experience. We attribute a lot to Nick Condie and his amazing team!
